Patrick Quarry joined VIP's Folsom office from Newport Technical Consulting Services in Rocklin where he was a principal owner specializing in business development strategy and solutions.
Prior to that he was vice president of sales at Affiliated Computer Services Inc. for more than five years, after its acquisition by Xerox Corp. He has also been a director of business development at DVBE Technology Group.
"He is focused on VIP’s go-to-market strategy and how to blend the required strategy and tactic that is instrumental to expanding business while maintaining the same level of outcome-oriented results and high customer satisfaction that VIP has delivered for the past two decades," according to a press release from CEO and founder Jonna Ward.
Quarry has a bachelor's degree in business from University of Phoenix and an associate's degree in computer science.
VIP has worked on state projects such as the Appeals Case Management System at the State Hearings Division and the Cannabis Licensing, Enforcement and Reporting (CLEaR) system.
