Capio Promotes Ryan Thompson to Business Development Manager

Ryan has been a valued contributor to Capio Group for nearly 15 years. As a Consultant, he delivered high-quality solutions, mentored colleagues, and built strong client partnerships. He also served as a Client Account Manager, where he ensured client satisfaction for several key organizations including Los Rios Community College District (LRCCD), California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS), California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC), and California Department of General Services (DGS).

Speaking on his promotion as the Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager, Ryan shared:

“For nearly 15 years I’ve contributed to Capio Group’s growth by developing employees and serving as a trusted partner to many California agencies and vendors. We’ve experienced rapid growth in recent years and I’m excited for this next chapter to further add to that momentum by continuing to build strong relationships and support clients in achieving their modernization goals. With an engineering background, I’ve always been driven to build and improve. Outside of work, I rescue and rehabilitate dogs, giving them new homes and second chances. In my career, I’m passionate about advancing government efficiency and developing citizen-centric solutions that lead to measurable improvements in people’s lives.”
