Blaine Wasylkiw, the deputy chief technology innovation officer with the California Department of Technology, has announced that he will be joining the state’s Civil Rights Department as its new chief information officer later this month.

The departments of Civil Rights, Public Health and Transportation all have job postings out for high-level, executive IT roles.
