FI$Cal Project Executive Barbara Taylor is leaving Nov. 20 after six years on the project. She was FI$Cal’s project executive since 2012.

Taylor previously worked for nine years at the California Department of Finance in a variety of roles, such as a budget analyst and budget manager.

Among her duties as the project executive, she is a liaison between the governance entities and the FI$Cal team, provides oversight and leadership for the project and the delivery of the solution, and serves as FI$Cal's primary representative before the Legislature, stakeholders and the public.

With Taylor’s departure, the top three managerial positions at FI$Cal have turned over the past year. Miriam Barcellona Ingenito replaced Jeff Uyeda as executive partner after Uyeda retired in August; Neeraj Chauhan took over in June as project director from Tamara Armstrong, who left to become executive director of the state’s new project management office.

In other moves, Terrie Tatosian, the Partner Business Executive (PBE) for the Department of Finance for FI$Cal, is retiring Nov. 24. Dorothy Cottrill, the PBE for the State Controller’s Office (SCO), is retiring Nov. 19.
