RFI: Grant Delivery System Modernization

The California Student Aid Commission is planning to replace its three-decade-old Grant Delivery System and is asking for feedback from the vendor community for possible solutions.

The California Student Aid Commission is planning to replace its three-decade-old Grant Delivery System and is asking for feedback from the vendor community for possible solutions.

The commission's IT Services Division is providing the opportunity for interested providers to participate in a Request for Information (RFI) to:

  • Identify vendors and solutions that can replace the existing GDSM system and automate key business functions.
  • Refine solution scope, schedule and costs (one-time and continuing) to establish a GDSM project budget and timeline.
  • Solicit vendor/product demonstrations to understand the breadth of solutions available to achieve the GDSM project goals.

Request for Information (RFI) Released: Dec. 13
Last day to submit questions: Dec. 21, 2016 5 p.m.
Request for Information (RFI) responses due: Dec. 30, 2016 5 p.m.
