The system will be used to "to communicate with prospects, manage inquiries, track student lifecycle, process applications and payment."

"It is critical for the college to have a robust and comprehensive reporting system for analysis and future planning," the document says. "Additionally, the vendor needs to be able to integrate the CRM with the various existing SJSU databases and systems. Many of the required deliverables may not be part of a standard setup and may require customization and enhanced features developed by the vendor."
