San Francisco State University's (SFSU) Information Technology Services Division is seeking a replacement for its legacy telephone systems with a voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) and Unified Communications platform.
SFSU on-premise phone systems today are NEC PBX, Cisco Call Manager and the Octel voicemail system. San Francisco State serves a student body of 30,000 students and 3,500 faculty and staff.
Bid responses are due April 22.
