The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is seeking a contractor to provide SAP support services for maintenance and operations of CDCR's Business Information System program.
"The M&O model includes technical, functional and other support areas. The Contractor must have specific knowledge in ABAP Development, Security, BASIS, SAP Exchange Infrastructure (XI/PI), configuration, report and technical writing, functional specialist (including Human Capital Management, Financial, Supply Chain/Contracts, Time and Shift) testing, and Mobility Engineering," according to the RFQ.
The work includes transition services, product support and fixes, performance tuning, and upgrade support.
RFQ responses are due March 14.
