The Best of Florida Awards, announced during the Florida Digital Government Summit this week, honored several public agencies’ efforts to improve the constituent experience.

The agency’s IT budget for the 2024-25 FY has seen a $1.2 million growth from the previous year, with a specific focus on enhancing cybersecurity measures.

To facilitate same-day processing of licensure exam applications and electronic fingerprint files, the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation designed, developed and implemented two robotic process automation services.
