The city of Lubbock is seeking a grant reporting software system for its Community Development Department.

The city receives annual grants from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA). According to the city’s request for proposals (RFP), familiarity with the Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) and Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is required to maintain TDHCA compliance.

The chosen system must capture required grant reporting components, remain up to date with TDHCA reporting requirements, auto-map services with outcomes and allow formatted uploads of monthly reports.

More detailed information about RFP25-18568-KM, including all submission requirements and requests, can be found online. The deadline for proposals is 2 p.m. Feb. 26; questions are due five days before that deadline. Kiara Morgan is the point of contact for this request.
