Dallas County Hospital District Seeks Regulatory Intelligence Solution

The solution must track federal, state and local laws and regulations, as well as guidance from accreditation entities.

The Parkland Health and Hospital System is searching for a comprehensive regulatory intelligence solution for tracking changes to legislation impacting hospital operations.

Parkland Health, also known as the Dallas County Hospital District, has more than 10,000 employees and sees more than 1 million total patient visits a year, handling 62 percent of all Dallas County trauma cases.

The district’s request for proposals (RFP) lists the following system requirements:
  • Proactive, real-time regulatory change tracking
  • Risk and impact assessment
  • Policy and implementation management
  • Custom report creation
The solution must track federal, state and local laws and regulations, as well as guidance from accreditation entities.

The chosen vendor is also expected to provide a management plan for oversight of the solution’s implementation.
