DIR Requests Data Storage, Communications and Networking Equipment

Data Storage
The Department of Information Resources (DIR) has issued a request for offers (RFO) from vendors to provide data storage, data communications and networking equipment and related services to DIR customers.

Requested data communications and networking equipment include routers and switches, servers, voice over Internet protocol products, phones and headsets, network equipment, cabling, firewalls, network room infrastructure, network test equipment and cable tools, fiber-optic accessories and telecommunication parts and supplies.

Both online and physical data storage have been requested, including portable storage and cloud services as applicable.

Vendors may propose any value-added service as related to the products requested in the RFO, such as “product installation, integration, maintenance and support, technical services, managed services and product training.”

Proposals solely containing related services do not qualify for consideration.
