HHS Seeking Multiple Software Licensing Contracts

The agency has released three software licensing and maintenance solicitations in the past week, all of which are due by the end of the month.

Health and Human Services (HHS) has released multiple software licensing and maintenance solicitations this week.

The first solicitation, released on Monday, is an invitation for bids (IFB) to establish a contract for a subscription to Altair Units data analyst tools. The subscription must be made available to both the Health and Human Services Commission and the Department of State Health Services.

Responses to IFB No. HHS0015343 are due by 10:30 a.m. Aug. 26. Shawn LynCook is the point of contact. According to the IFB, HHS spent $22,000 for the same or similar services in the past year.

Two more IFBs were released on Wednesday, both of which are due at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 28 and share a point of contact, Phyllis Benitez.

The first is to establish a contract for Report Composer software maintenance and support. According to the IFB, the requested software must “create, generate and install external action blocks which provide external functionality that is used for assembly, batch and transaction executable.”

HHS has historically spent $43,219 for the same or similar services.

The second IFB is for Vision timesheet management software support and maintenance. The required services listed in the IFB include phone access to timesheet punches from multiple locations, automated email notifications, timesheet adjustments and managed services/support.

HHS has historically spent $18,018 for the same or similar services.
