HHSC Invites Bids for JetBrains Product

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission this week issued an invitation for bids (IFB) for JetBrains IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate Toolbox, an integrated development environment (IDE) to be used by the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS).

The scope of work includes:

• Providing software services according to the pricing sheet
• Working with IT personnel to activate or install software
• Providing support for software installation and support
• Providing reports as required
• Complying with contract terms and conditions

IFB No. HHS0014439 is due Feb. 21, and the question due date is 10:30 a.m. Feb. 13.

The agency may award one vendor or multiple vendors with one-year contract(s) to begin Feb. 24; there are two potential one-year renewals. All documents are available at the Texas SmartBuy website under member number 530.
