HHSC Plans to Request Grant Management System

Proposed systems must be single-source, vendor-hosted, cloud-based software-as-a-service solutions.

Grant Money
The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) has issued a pre-solicitation notice for vendors capable of supplying a grant management system (GMS).

According to the notice, the requested GMS will be used to “streamline and consolidate grant tracking and provide the capability to generate reports on key data and measures across all relevant programs.”

Proposed systems must be single-source, vendor-hosted, cloud-based software-as-a-service solutions.

The GMS must have disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities, allow for additional programming, and improve data collection and analysis through automation.

More detailed information about pre-solicitation notice No. Pre-HHS0014343, including all submission requirements and requests, can be found online. The solicitation’s expiration date is April 28. Mario Gutierrez is the point of contact for this notice.
