The Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) intends to contract for SaaS security platform AppOmni software and support.

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) procures for DFPS, manages the procurement process and has an Invitation to Bid (IFB) with a May 22 deadline. The question deadline is Monday, May 13.

Bidders will work with the DFPS IT and information security teams to install or activate the software, which requires one year of standard support. The vendor company should have five years of experience, and its personnel should have three years of relevant experience.

The DFPS will administer the contract or multiple contracts if awarded. The contracts will be for one year, with the potential for two one-year renewals.

The response deadline for IFB No. HHS0014644 is May 22. Responses may be submitted online, via postal mail, or in person. The contact person is Phyllis Benitez at HHSC.
