HHSC Seeks Info on Optical Character Recognition AI

The Health and Human Services Commission has asked experienced vendors to provide rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimates for system delivery and/or service delivery options.

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is gathering estimates from vendors for optical character recognition artificial intelligence (OCR AI) solutions.

In a request for information (RFI), HHSC has asked experienced vendors to provide rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimates for system delivery and/or service delivery options.

Interested vendors have been asked to address the following aspect of potential solutions in their response: development, testing and production environments, high-availability and disaster recovery, load balancing, deployment options, cost models, user support, license considerations, data classifications, deployment costs, ongoing support costs, architecture diagrams and any other supporting information.
