The city of Laredo is searching for an all-in-one environmental health software solution that will enhance data accessibility, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

According to the city’s request for proposals (RFP), the system must be cloud-based, integrable with financial and geographic information systems, mobile compatible and compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments and federal/state regulations.

Requested features include automated application processing workflows, real-time data collection, a centralized database for complaints, an application portal, ongoing customer support and availability in both English and Spanish.
