The city of Lubbock is seeking inspection, work order and safety management system reporting software and maintenance for Preston Smith International Airport.
According to a request for proposals (RFP), the city requires a highly customizable digital records management system, a work order management system with a public-facing element that supports terminal activities and a digital safety management system.
The requested system(s) must integrate GIS data provided by the city for geolocation purposes, support no less than 25 users on various devices using Windows operating systems and be hosted offsite.
Vendors that cannot meet all the functional requirements of this request can offer alternative solutions or features in their proposals for evaluation.
