The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) is considering expanding its roster of artificial intelligence tools with an automated email writing application.

NTTA aims to reduce the frequency of human intervention and repetitive customer queries with an AI capable of responding to common interactions.

The agency has requested respondents indicate what AI technologies are used in their applications, if they require integration with existing platforms, the scalability of their platform, restrictions on the number of concurrent users, data security standards and any additional applications that may be required to use the application.

Respondents must also indicate what data their platform trains on, if the application uses a third-party AI system for answering questions, if the system allows response editing, supported languages and any email writing functionalities available.
