State Commission Seeks Cloud-Based Service to Manage Electronically Stored Information

The solution will use the electronic discovery reference model to help identify, collect, preserve, process, review, analyze and produce large amounts of electronically stored information.

Texas Health and Human Services is seeking requests for proposals for eDiscovery solutions to replace the current legacy system.

HHSC seeks an end-to-end cloud-based service to be delivered as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution that uses the electronic discovery reference model (EDRM) to help identify, collect, preserve, process, review, analyze and produce large amounts of electronically stored information (ESI).

Services to be provided also include configuration, integration, implementation, data migration, testing, training, transition, software maintenance and support, and a warranty period.

The selected contractor must provide a solution that can be used to perform investigations, respond to public information requests and provide ESI in response to legal cases.

The solution must include reporting and analytics, data tagging, security, cataloging, preserving, processing, producing, and retaining data to meet HHSC policies. The solution must have robust processing capabilities, enhanced reviewing features, comprehensive reporting, agility in handling large quantities of data, and advanced production capabilities.
