The requested solution must allow the Department of State Health Services to collect claims data submitted in batch files and perform pre-processing audits.

The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) has issued a request for offers (RFO) on behalf of the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) for a health-care information and data collection system.

The requested solution must allow for claims data collection, validation, corrections and certifications, develop new or modified processes or reports, provide help desk services, perform pre-processing audits on submitted files and more.

The solution must identify, procure and maintain all licenses, interfaces and codes detailed in the request.

The chosen vendor must also provide training that addresses setup, configuration, maintenance, account administration and interfacing.
