The Department of State Health Services is searching for a single contractor to develop, host and maintain a management information system (MIS) for the Texas Early Hearing Detection and Intervention program.

According to a request for offers (RFO) released by the Health and Human Services Commission, the chosen contractor must develop, configure and integrate the MIS. The contractor will also be responsible for project management, testing, support, system upgrades and any required training.

In addition to the MIS, the chosen contractor must provide a minimum of two subject matter experts in audiology and newborn hearing screenings for ongoing assistance.

Respondents must obtain TX-RAMP Level 2 certification to be considered for award.
