“Eightfold AI is bringing to Texas a unique, AI-driven approach to the talent cycle, which helps companies make more strategic hiring and workforce decisions,” Eightfold AI Co-CEO Chano Fernandez told Industry Insider — Texas. “Many HR offerings have put together basic AI, but Eightfold uses deep learning models built over the course of nearly a decade in the space. Eightfold analyzes vast data sets to provide more accurate and personalized recommendations and automating tedious business processes, allowing talent teams to focus on strategic decision-making.”

According to a press release, Eightfold AI “currently serves the U.S. Department of Defense, the state of New York, the commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the District of Columbia, and numerous other public sector agencies.”

Eightfold’s inclusion hints at a larger adoption of AI recruitment tools across the state, with some larger agencies, such as the Texas Department of Transportation, already in the research phases of AI integration.
