Texas Facilities Commission Requests Talent Assessment Tools

The requested talent assessment tool must assist the agency in identifying leadership skills and high-potential, high-performing individuals for key positions.

The Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for talent assessment tools and succession planning training.

According to the RFP, the requested talent assessment tool must assist the agency in identifying leadership competencies, key positions for succession planning, high-potential, high-performing individuals and “key individuals with unique knowledge and talent that would leave a void should they leave.”

The agency has also requested a reporting mechanism tool for periodical communication of succession planning efforts and status to the executive director.

Succession plan training for agency staff on the use of said tools is required for ongoing succession planning efforts.

According to the RFP, the anticipated budget for this project is estimated at $75,000.
