The Texas Space Commission (TSC), a new state agency established by the 88th Legislature, is looking to purchase a customer relationship management (CRM) solution.

The agency previously requested information regarding CRM options in September.

The commission requires a CRM with recording, tracking and analysis capabilities that is scalable, user-friendly and fully customizable.

The CRM must handle physical, verbal and digital correspondence, including notifications, invitations, newsletters, calls to action, media advisories and stakeholder engagement.

The system must also organize staff responses to constituent questions, allow the submission of information requests, track mass email marketing, automate responses to bulk form letters, perform mass data merges and more.

Proposed solutions must include data analysis, engagement and grant management tools, as well as an automation feature for application processing.

More detailed information about RFP No. 358-25-00106, including all submission requirements and requests, can be found online. An optional pre-bid conference is scheduled for May 5. The due date for questions is May 7. The deadline for proposal submissions is 2 p.m. May 30. Cynthia Ramos is the point of contact for this solicitation.
