The state department that protects children and vulnerable adults from abuse, neglect and exploitation made 207 purchases of IT services in the second quarter of this year and spent $3.32 million with the 10 largest.

Nipun Systems — a global technology/management firm specializing in IT projects development, IT project management, IT life cycle management, software solutions, technical support, staffing and consulting — led the list with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services at almost $1.5 million.
