The Travis County Hospital District (Central Health) is looking to implement a comprehensive employee surveying solution.

The district’s request for proposals (RFP) specifies the need for a centralized system for the collection and analysis of employee engagement-related survey data.

The solution will be used to leverage data collected via surveys targeting location- and/or job-specific employees regarding employee engagement, wellness and retention.

Central Health requires a system that can administer surveys, analyze data and store historical data for comparison purposes.

The chosen vendor will provide Central Health staff with functionality training and ongoing support.
