Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) Chief Information Officer Prasanth Manukonda may be preparing to move to the Texas General Land Office (GLO), according to a source in the state technology community.
Neither agency has publicly announced the move at the time of this writing, and Manukonda continues to be identified as TFC's CIO on the agency’s website. GLO has not responded to an Industry Insider — Texas request for confirmation.
The land office has been without its previous CIO since Sean Peterson left the agency in May to become CIO of the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. Peterson had led technology at the land office since 2022 after previously serving there as deputy CIO of technology and director of application services.
