A new smartphone app allows residents to find information about city services while serving as an alert system for emergency events and other important service changes.
The project includes telephone system, video visitation system, inmate electronic messaging system and inmate tablet program for the Jefferson County Correctional Facility, the downtown jail and the Minnie Rogers Juvenile Justice Center.
