Responsibilities include overall management of the Enterprise Applications and Enterprise Tools sections, ensuring “the integrity, performance, and reliability of the Legislative Data Center’s information systems maintained by the Enterprise Application Development Sections,” according to the job posting.
“Through subordinate managers, the (manager) oversees the management of products including the Assembly and Senate Daily File System and associated publication; Assembly and Senate History System and associated publications”; and a host of other applications that are mission-critical for the Legislature, the Legislative Data Center and other customers, the posting says. “Duties for project work include providing guidance and oversight of development and maintenance work; best practices of processes and documentation for system features; and coordination with internal LDC (Legislative Data Center) units, Assembly and Senate customers, contracting personnel and external agencies,” according to the posting and duty statement. The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is seeking a chief (IT Manager I) to oversee the department’s IT Contract Services Section, being responsible for the procurement and processing of DHCS’ IT contracts and IT interagency agreements including solicitation development, contract administration, contract management and all financials in support of IT contracts.
