Bailey-Crimmins, Takai to Offer Leadership Insights

State Chief Information Officer Liana Bailey-Crimmins and Teri Takai, senior vice president for the Centers for Digital Government and Education, will speak on the topic with David Morris, chairman and CEO of HiPER Solutions, sponsor of today’s webinar.

State CIO Liana Bailey-Crimmins will be the subject of an online webinar this morning along with Teri Takai, senior vice president of the Center for Digital Government*; and David Morris, chairman and CEO of HiPER Solutions, the sponsor of the event.

The free webinar, which begins at 11 a.m., is billed as a lunch and learn with the topic “Leadership Strategies to Drive Organizational Change.”

Bailey-Crimmins, who is also the director of the California Department of Technology, was appointed to that role in June by Gov. Gavin Newsom. She spoke on the topic of change management, among other subjects, in an interview with Industry Insider California that was published today.

Takai, the award-winning tech executive and former California state CIO, leads government programs and oversees the Center for Digital Government and the Center for Digital Education, national think tanks for public-sector policy in technology.

Morris’s HiPER Solutions works with corporations and government agencies in California and across the nation, espousing a data-driven system for organizations to “more easily identify and activate the potential of high-impact leaders for breakthrough change.”
