The Department of General Services (DGS) has published an invitation for bid (IFB) seeking ServiceNow managed services on behalf of the Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety (OEIS).
The solicitation, released June 5, aims to streamline IT operations through ServiceNow’s cloud-based workflow automation and platform support. OEIS was established in July 2021 to oversee utility companies and their wildfire-reduction mitigation operations.
“The purpose of this engagement is to outsource the management and support of Energy Safety’s ServiceNow platform to ensure the continuous improvement, support, and optimization of the platform to meet Energy Safety’s business needs effectively and efficiently,” IFB documents state.
The deadline to submit questions is 10 a.m. June 12, and final bids are due by 2 p.m. on June 19. A bid reading will be held at 3 p.m. June 19.
