Web Services Manager (IT Manager II)
$11,056 to $13,439 per month

The manager will oversee “the most complex statewide web programs” and will “build and foster a dynamic team,” the job posting says, with responsibility for the development, maintenance and support of web-based services and solutions. Responsibilities of the role include:
- Leading the development, maintenance and operations of web and digital platform technology solutions, services and programs

Product Manager (IT Manager I)

The product manager directs the development of product vision, strategy and road maps for complex product lines. Additional duties of the role include managing and coordinating assignments for staff based on CDT priority, staff experience and skill levels, complexity of projects, specialized skills and resource availability.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Providing guidance to product managers in prioritizing and managing product offerings and catalogs and communicating high-level and detailed product requirements while following agile methodologies
- Developing and implementing processes to define, track and improve key product metrics, leveraging data to make informed product decisions
- Formulating and updating duty statements as needed, establishing performance expectations, completing individual development plans annually and completing reports on a timely basis
