Enterprise Architect (IT Specialist III)

DOJ is seeking an enterprise architect to serve as an expert adviser and lead application architect for five software development teams within the Division of Law Enforcement, Biometrics, and PDMP Systems Branch. The architect supports application development frameworks that use Java and Oracle technology for continuous integration/continuous delivery, containerization, use of open source solutions and database optimization.

Desirable qualifications include familiarity with DevOps principles and experience with the following tools and systems: Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Oracle, SQL, Linux, Windows Server, Jira, Jenkins, Splunk, PING Identity Management, Artifactory and Eclipse or Visual Studio IDEs. Candidates should have a thorough knowledge of data architecture principles and practices, experience with security architecture and a strong understanding of Linux system administration.

Digital Services and Innovation Manager (IT Manager I)

Cal OES is seeking a manager to formulate and administer organizationwide IT policies and programs, establish service levels and direct the work of the Digital Services Unit. Other key duties include:

  • Developing strategic IT disaster recovery and infrastructure resilience plans
  • Overseeing staff training and ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to IT standards

Modern Development Environment Chief (IT Manager I)
