Tracking the Spend: Office of Systems Integration’s Top IT Services Buys in Q3

The department’s five largest transactions in this area reached the low eight figures.

A state office that manages large health and human services IT initiatives made 22 purchases of IT services during the year’s third quarter and spent more than $25 million on the top five.

The California Office of Systems Integration (OSI), which is part of the California Health and Human Services Agency, spent exactly $27,176,900 on its five most expensive such buys. Here, with rounding, is what that money paid for, based on data in the State Contracting and Procurement Registration System:

  • $7 million to Clearbest for business analysis consulting services. This is a five-year contract from Aug. 1-July 31, 2027.
  • $6.5 million to AgreeYa Solutions for testing support services. This is a four-year pact from July 1-June 30, 2026.
  • $5.5 million to Propoint Technology for technical support services. This is a five-year contract from Aug. 1-July 31, 2027.
  • $5.2 million to the County Welfare Directors Association for professional and administrative services around management and organizational structure consulting. This is a three-year contract from Aug. 1-July 31, 2025.
  • $3 million to the California Department of Health Care Services for IT support services around management and IT consulting. This is a three-year contract from July 21-July 20, 2025.
