Florida Virtual School

In collaboration with the University of Florida and the Concord Consortium, Florida’s statewide virtual school system wants to give middle and high school students a head start in core math concepts related to AI.
Florida Virtual School is seeking vendor proposals for data backup and recovery services of 35 terabytes of data with a one-year retention period for all online K-12 school systems.
Prospective vendors must be able to provide Florida Virtual School with AI development services which isolate data from other customers and avoid commingling solutions in large language models shared with any other entity.
For IT operations alone, Florida Virtual School has set aside $26 million plus an additional $11 million for FlexPoint Education Cloud, which offers customizable digital curriculums, tailored teacher and administrator training, and customer support.
The state’s accredited, public e-learning school is seeking proposals from vendors for technology setup and ongoing IT support services for its Florida Scholars Academy and other educational programs.
