Fort Myers

The city has partnered with Oracle and Creoal + SMX Consulting to launch a $7.8 million enterprise resource planning system in place of its current 23-year-old ERP system.

The city is requesting proposals from vendors to review all job classifications, salaries and benefits. Based on accumulated data from the review, vendors will then be asked to recommend a pay classification system.

The city is looking to install an easily accessible, low-maintenance cloud application to improve its business processes and overall user experience.
