The Department of Information Resources (DIR) is looking to partner with multiple vendors capable of providing technology solution services (TSS) as part of the agency’s Data Center Services (DCS) program.
The DCS program, part of DIR’s Shared Technology Services program, provides DIR customers with shared information resources technologies.
Chosen vendors will be responsible for providing application development, maintenance and staff augmentation services while leveraging innovative technologies, including artificial intelligence.
DIR’s desired outcomes include a reduction of product integration costs, an expansion of customer and constituent adoption, strengthening of program integrity fraud protections, high satisfaction ratings, customer onboarding modernization, increased brand awareness and solution productization.
Currently, Deloitte is the sole provider of TSS through the DCS program. Its contract with DIR expires in August 2026.
The agency previously released a solicitation for a new multisourcing services integrator (MSI) in December 2024. Vendors providing MSI services are precluded from TSS contract awards.
More detailed information about RFO No. DIR-CPO-STS-591, including all submission requirements and requests, can be found online. A virtual bidder’s conference will be held at 1:30 p.m. Feb. 20. Questions related to this request must be submitted by 2 p.m. March 4.
The deadline for submissions is 2 p.m. April 7. Cassandra Holmes is the point of contact for this request.
