The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) is interested in artificial intelligence-powered training tools capable of simulating customer interactions and providing targeted feedback.

The tollway authority’s request for information (RFI) asks vendors to describe their system’s real-time reporting, analytics and learning progress tracking capabilities, as well as how the system can improve NTTA agent performance.

Respondents must also indicate if their platform tailors training content to individual users’ needs and abilities, scores calls or chats based on a set criteria, supports verbal interaction guidance and how the platform uses existing training materials to generate content.

More detailed information about RFI No. 25026, including all submission requirements and requests, can be found online. A pre-bid conference will be held online at 1 p.m. July 7. Questions regarding this RFI are due by 5 p.m. July 10. The due date for submissions is 11 a.m. July 24. Helen Chaney is the point of contact for this request.

NTTA has released multiple solicitation requests for solutions with AI integrations, including a solicitation for advanced contact center technologies and an RFI for an automated email writing application.
