The California State Lottery is seeking a deputy director (Career Executive Assignment) who will be responsible for the vision, strategic direction, policy development and management of the Lottery’s IT systems and the supporting infrastructure.
These systems include an on-site computing environment for 12 Lottery facilities and various cloud-hosted environments and third-party service providers that support business applications and services. “The CIO participates in program planning; policy formulation, evaluation and implementation; organizational coordination and control; and fiscal and personnel management,” the job posting says. The Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is seeking a project director (Career Executive Assignment) for the Digital eXperience Project (DXP) and to lead the Modernization Project Office.
