Massimo Scicali will exit his role as head of enterprise applications delivery for Dallas Area Rapid Transit after nine years with the public transit provider.

Notable projects include intelligent transportation systems, video management systems, application technology and passenger information display upgrades.

“The big picture at DART is that we have transitioned to be a digital organization ... technology supports and aligns to the business initiatives,” said CIO Julius Smith. “We think of ourselves as a foundational technology company that provides mobility for the region.”
