The SimpliGov Automation Platform is a cloud-based, SaaS solution, that empowers our local, state and federal organizations to rapidly develop and implement eForm, e-signature, and workflow solutions. We are a “no code” solution that empowers lines of business to own and maintain their own processes.

SimpliGov easily integrates with internal systems, including e-sign, SSO, ERP and document management solutions, making it easy for organizations to leverage their existing infrastructure, operate more efficiently, cut costs, and save time. We combine intuitive drag-and-drop simplicity of use, while enabling the ability to integrate with existing systems.

SimpliGov frees constituents and public sector workers from the “pain of the mundane” by liberating organizations from dealing with outmoded, repetitive, error-prone paper-based forms so that they can focus on improving productivity and engage more effectively with their various audiences. Some of the benefits will be:

  • Saving time and resources by automating this type of repetitive task
  • Eliminating errors and delays and preserve data integrity
  • Preventing security, governance and compliance risks
  • Empowering business owners to build and manage their workflows with limited reliance on IT
  • Providing insights into your activities by offering powerful analytics dashboards

State and local governments continued to solve productivity challenges and transform services value delivery through digital transformation in 2023.
It may not be immediately clear that constituent digital experience and the concept of “repeatability” are closely linked. However, as evidenced by the significant delays of the 21st Century Integrated Digital Experience Act (IDEA Act), getting digital experience right, implemented quickly, and scalable across the government enterprise is no easy feat. The challenge is not unique to federal agencies; states, cities, and counties nationwide also aim to provide integrated, accessible, and seamless digital experiences that align with federal mandates.
As a GovTech industry executive, I have a unique view into the transformation taking place in the government technology workforce, which is the focus of my blog this month. Much has already been said about how government is becoming increasingly creative in remediating the technology workforce challenge by accessing new pools of talent. New innovative programs to train existing government employees on the latest technologies and approaches to modern digital government, as well as a number of emerging apprenticeship programs, are bearing fruit. The change is evident to me at every level of the government technology workforce, including—and perhaps most importantly—in leadership.
